AIDS meds add 13 years to life expectancy... Let's see, the average age at infection in the U.S. is 24, the average time to full-blown AIDS had been 10 years, the average time between the onset of AIDS and death had been 2 years, for an old average death age of 36, and now add 13 years and the average HIV+ person in this country will still die at 49 versus an average age for the general population of 78.

We have all these young gay guys barebacking and acting like it's no big deal because they can just take a couple of pills if they ever do get "the bug." IT IS A BIG DEAL--HALF OF THEM STILL WON'T LIVE TO THE AGE OF 50!!! I WANT TO SCREAM!!!
